Oil is cold pressed from the fresh meat of raw coconuts and is not refined, bleached or deodourised. Use as a dairy-free alternative to butter in baking and in skin care as a luxurious natural body moisturiser on dry skin, rough elbows and heels. Coconut oil also makes a wonderful, all-natural, restorative hair mask.
