Dosage:

Take 1 capsules every night for 4 days and then wait 3 days and repeat.

Suggested Dosages ( Mix/shake Container Before Use)

1. Maintenance of Health : 90 ml of tea ( With sediment) taken twice per day on an empty stomach.
2. Improvement Of Health : 90 ml of tea (With sediment) taken 3 times per day on and empty stomach.continue for 6 months or until results return to normal, then switch to maintenance dose.

Brewing Instruction:

Bring 3.9 Liters of water to a boil in a steel pot. Reduce Heat to medium and add full contents of bottle( 113 g of herbs).Continue to boil on medium for 10 Minutes Mixing Occasionally.
