Suggested Dosages ( Mix/shake Container Before Use)

Maintenance of Health : 90 ml of tea ( With sediment) taken twice per day on an empty stomach.
Improvement Of Health : 90 ml of tea (With sediment) taken 3 times per day on and empty stomach.continue for 6 months or until results return to normal, then switch to maintenance dose.

Brewing Instruction:

Bring 3.9 Liters of water to a boil in a steel pot. Reduce Heat to medium and add full contents of bottle( 113 g of herbs).Continue to boil on medium for 10 Minutes Mixing Occasionally. Turn Of Heat, Once Cool , leave tea in the pot in the Fridge for 12 Hours, After 12 Hours Transfer the tea to a glass container(s) , Do no strain out the herbs.

Store Brewed tea in the Fridge. Do not store brewed tea for longer than 3 weeks. Store Unused Essiac herbs in a coll , dray place (away from sunlight and heat), Unused herbs can last for 2 years
